Pastoral Care
We also have a house system in operation at KS2 where the children from each year group are divided into 'houses':
- Barlow
- Clitherow
- Fisher
- More
KS2 also participate in a successful buddying and mentoring scheme. A member of staff is responsible for each house. There are regular house meetings and buddying events.
Beyond this, the school is served by the Education Welfare Officer, Therapists and the Educational Psychological Service.
The school has a counsellor who meets with children who may have social and emotional difficulties.
